About The Organizer
The FIX Trading Community is a non-profit, industry-driven standards body that fosters collaboration across the global trading ecosystem. It brings together more than 280 member firms from around the world—including buy-side and sell-side firms, trading venues, regulators, and technology vendors—to design and promote open standards that improve market efficiency, reduce operational risk, and enhance transparency in electronic trading. The organisation’s mission includes developing and maintaining the FIX Protocol standards, facilitating education, and hosting events like the EMEA Trading Conference that address real-world trading issues without commercial sales pitches. Through its community-created programmes, the FIX Trading Community supports knowledge exchange and innovation across all asset classes.
