About The Organizer
The Ministry of Textiles is the apex government body responsible for policy formulation, development, regulation, and promotion of the textile industry in India. It oversees the entire textile value chain including cotton, jute, silk, wool, handloom, handicrafts, and technical textiles.
The ministry works to strengthen India’s position as a global textile hub by supporting innovation, sustainability, exports, and large-scale industry exhibitions such as Bharat Tex.
